Last year my wife and I experienced one of the darkest days of our life’s.  We purchased a beautiful fourteen-year-old ranch style home.  Two days after we moved in, while we were at work, we received a call that our new home was on fire.  The cause of the fire was thought to be electrical but the property was so badly burned that 3 forensic experts could not make a determination.  We lost most of our family heirlooms and personal property.  Numb from the heartbreak of this experience, we really didn’t know where to turn?  Our insurance company was of little help.  However, we were referred to Tim Williams and his company Integrity Restoration Inc.  We connected with Tim immediately and found him to be warm caring and trustworthy.  He listened to our concerns and explained the process of completely restoring our home.  His staff is also thorough, highly skilled and always professional.  Tim utilizes local businesses and trades people in the restoration process, putting words into action for supporting a community.  With Integrity the customer comes first and is treated that way.  Tim and his staff advocated for us with our insurance company who tried to settle the claim for the cost of a cookie cutter home instead of the custom home we had purchased.  This required a lot of time, energy and patience to prove up and justify the necessary expenses.  From the essential construction to the finishing touches, every detail was meticulously addressed.  If problems did arise they were quickly rectified.  Tim holds his subcontractors to the same accountability standards of his business.  His superintendent, Bill, promptly responded to questions and issues. No request was too small.  Bill treated our home like his own.  He was very sensitive to my wifes special needs.  Being blind, she has an acute sense of smell.  She was worried the she would always be aware of the fire even after the restoration.  There are no detectable traces of a fire in our home.  Also, Bill worked with us to design and build an aesthetically perfect safety gate to our open basement stairway.

In these times it is hard to find a company that truly cares about its customers, fights for what they deserve and helps rebuild their lives.  Our home is even more beautiful and safer then it was before the fire, and we are grateful for the quality and peace of mind that will last for many years to come.  My wife is prosecutor for the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation she has witnessed many horror stories about bad contractors and the devastating financial and emotional effects they have on families.  I am proud to say that Integrity Restoration Inc. lives up to its name.
