- Graduated from University of Iowa, BBA Finance - 1988
- Graduated United States Navy, Officer Candidate School - 1990
- Served Aboard the USS New Orleans in Persian Gulf Theater as a Logistics Officer during Operation Desert Storm.
Previously employed by two major us insurance carriers, eventually tasked with the estimating and handling of medium and considerable loss property damage estimating. Tim worked as an estimator/project manager for two large restoration contractors in the Chicagoland market.

Integrity Restoration Inc. was incorporated in 1999, with a clear vision that the local restoration industry lacked a company with integrity in dealing with all parties involved in the restoration of properties that had suffered catastrophic losses caused by water, fire, smoke, vehicle impact, collapse, and countless other perils. This expression of our integrity has never been limited to just the building owners. Still, it includes our dealings with insurance carriers, building department officials, sub-contractors, material suppliers, and even our competitors in the market. We genuinely exist to provide the much-needed assistance in managing the return of properties to their pre-loss or better condition. We believe that our knowledge coupled with the knowledge of all of our subcontractors and material suppliers is industry-leading and allows us to provide top-quality restoration services. This reputation is why we encourage any potential customers to inquire with our previous customers before signing any contracts to proceed with repairs. The restoration process is always difficult for owners, regardless of who is doing the repairs and is a process that does not need to be complicated with unrealistic promises and sub-par workmanship.
